Summary: Primarily responsible for recruitment, Affirmative Action Program, and Diversity and Inclusion. Assists in counseling staff and supervisors on work-related matters.
Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:
SHRM certificate and/or degree in human resource management or business management; or minimum of five years of progressive experience in Human Resources
Knowledge of employment and labor laws, recruitment, payroll, and benefit administration
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening)
Ability to coach, mentor, and influence others
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Payroll and/or HRIS systems
