Summary: Coordinates and effectuates construction commercial real estate mortgage and commercial-industrial loan closings with borrowers, their attorneys and the Bank’s review attorney.
Minimum/Essential Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years' experience in closing commercial real estate mortgage loans and commercial-industrial loans
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as good organizational skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
